Gingerbread!

I know I did a post on Pretzels recently,

but these are amazing, and you need these in your life!

These are not your typical pretzels, 

these are actually gingerbread cookies,

coated in dark chocolate, shaped as a pretzel.

This are literally Christmas in a box.

Who doesn't love gingerbread?!

Speaking of which I need to make gingerbread cupcakes,

that will be coming within the next week or two.

Things have been a bit busy for me, as I have

been settling into my new job.

It's different going from part time to 40 hours full time again,

but I love it. That is a whole other post.

Back to these cookies, they have the perfect amount of spice,

I love how they are coated in the dark chocolate for a couple reasons.

The first is because it preserves the freshness,

and the second it because it adds a nice texture to the cookie,

as well as a great balance of flavors. 

These cookies are perfect for the holidays, 

and they might be my new favorite holiday treat,

even more than peppermint bark! 

Now that says a lot, because

anyone that knows me well knows mint and chocolate,

are one of my favorite flavor combinations!
